What is EliteDuels?
EliteDuels is the world's first skill-based Daily Fantasy eSports platform, currently offering contests in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
What types of contests does EliteDuels offer?
  • Guaranteed Pools – These contests guarantee prize pools regardless if the entire contest fills
  • Non-Guaranteed Pools – These contests will automatically adjust the prize pools if the contest does not fill
  • Free – These contests are free to enter, and winners will be paid with EliteDuels credits, or Counter-Strike: Global Offensive skins
  • Skin Only Pools – These contests guarantee the prize pool regardless if the entire contest fills. Winner's will receive Counter-Strike: Global Offensive skins
Which eSports does EliteDuels offer contests?
EliteDuels BETA, currently offers contests for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
Is playing on EliteDuels legal?
Must be 18 years of age to play and 21 years of age to play in Massachusetts.

If you are not a legal resident physically located in one of the above areas and have deposited funds on EliteDuels in the past, we will return the funds you deposited; however, winnings from paid contests cannot be withdrawn.
Users who are not from one of the above areas can maintain their accounts and play with free contests. Winnings can be withdrawn from free contests only.
How do I withdraw money?
There are two ways to withdraw your funds:
1. You can request a check and EliteDuels will send you a personal check in the mail;
2. You can request a withdraw to PayPal. In order for the withdrawal to be approved, EliteDuels will have to verify your identity by providing two pieces of identification.

We will approve ID verification request only when we receive the following documents
1. Driver’s License, Passport, or any other government Issued ID (two of the following ) OR
2. Utility Bill, Bank Statement, or others which display your current address
What do I do if my account has been compromised?
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact for further assistance. Please have all account information prepared for the Customer Service representative.
Can I register more than one account?

How do I deposit money?
EliteDuels accepts all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM. All requests that come in after 5PM on Friday will be processed in the order that they were received starting the following Monday. It will typically take 2-8 business days for funds to appear in your PayPal account, and check can take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
How long will it take for the payouts if I win a contest?
Payouts will occur 10 to 15 minutes after the stats have been verified.
What is the commission structure?
15% on all contests
Can I withdraw from a contest?
Users can withdraw from a contest, as long as it hasn't started. Once the contest has started, users will be unable to withdraw.

  • Deaths: -0.5 PTS
Player Pool
The player pool will consists of all CSGO players expected to be on the roster for any team scheduled to play in the contest game set. There are times when a player may be missing from the player pool due to injury or other unforeseen circumstances. Once the player pool is established for a game set, including ranking and tier, the player pool will not be adjusted. In the event an error has been made in the player pool that would significantly impact game quality, EliteDuels reserves the right to correct the mistake.

Cancelled, Postponed, and Rescheduled Games?
In the event that a game is cancelled, postpone or rescheduled, the game will be disabled, and players from those games will be removed from the player pool. If a cancelled, postponed or rescheduled game results in only one game remaining in the contest before the contest start time, the contest will be cancelled. Should the game be cancelled, postponed or cancelled after the contest start time, the contest will not be cancelled.
In the event that a game must be replayed from the beginning due to technical failure or any other reason, no points will be awarded for the original game. Points will only be awarded for the restarted game, provided the restarted game is replayed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
What happens if two or more users tie?
If there's a tie at the end of the contest, users included in the tie will evenly split the related prize pool. For example, if two users tie for 1st place, and 1st place pays $40, and 2nd place pay $20, we add the combine places and then split among the tied parties. Each party would receive $30.
When do lineup entries and edits close?
Contests become locked at the start time of the schedule match.
What happens if my player doesn't play?
In the event a selected player does not play, that player will receive 0 points.
How long will it take to update the fantasy points in a contest?
